2. Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
We offer replacements or refunds only under the following conditions:
- You receive a physically damaged or broken product.
- An incorrect item was delivered that differs from your order confirmation.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement:
To claim a replacement or refund for damaged, broken, or missing items, an uninterrupted 360-degree unboxing video showing the unopened outer parcel box/bag with the shipping label clearly visible is strictly required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized/personalized items and custom-cut orders.
- Sealed liquid craft materials (e.g., resin, hardeners, liquid pigments) if the seal has been opened or broken.
Refund Process & Timelines
- Reporting Window: Issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of parcel delivery along with the unboxing video and order details.
- Refund Method: Once inspected and approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment mode (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card) or provided via bank transfer for COD orders.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account.
3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
- Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery across Gujarat takes 2–4 business days, and delivery to the Rest of India takes 4–7 business days depending on the pin code.
- Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
